I couldn’t make it any simpler and few things will be quite as effective.
Set a rower or SkiErg for 10 rounds of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
10 minutes total.
You will break down it to ten 30 second sprint intervals with 30 seconds of rest in between.
Go hard, and make each sprint count.
Round 4 is the first difference maker. You’re going to need to dig deep and it’s going to challenge you both mentally and physically.
By round 7 you’re going to want to wonder if you can finish 3 more, but don’t let that doubt creep into your mind. Just crank hard for 30 seconds and then try to use your brain to calm your heart and lungs down.
